A long time ago, in the times of Galicia, the best meat butchers produced meats that we did not dream about. Smoked meats with a taste, appearance, original aroma - meats that simply caressed the senses and the palate.
Today, this Polish tradition of massaging is cultivated by "Jasiołka", producing its products on the basis of recipes from that time, given from the great-grandfather, from the Elite Galician School of Meat Butchers of Lvov. Since then, "Jasiołka" adheres to the eternal rules of seasoning, marinating, composing flavours and smoking meats and cold meats.

„Jasiołka "surprises with the quality and unique taste of its products. We base our production on traditional recipes; we use only the highest-quality organic raw pork, beef and natural spices. Smoking takes place in a traditional smokehouse using beech or alder wood. We do not use functional additives such as dyes, antioxidants, acidity regulators, stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavor enhancers, modified starches whether protein preparations. We produce meats without artificial preservatives and meats with confirmed ecological origin.
We specialize in pork, pork and beef and beef products. The novelty are pork and chicken products and wild game.
